Overview

In this role you will help shape Teya’s core product by aligning delivery with team goals, turning user insights into actionable requirements, and driving adoption post-launch. You’ll work closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Ops to prioritise features and improve onboarding, activation, and retention. You’ll balance quick wins with long-term improvements while keeping a customer-centric focus. This is a mission-driven opportunity to impact how small businesses access payments and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Support roadmap and delivery of core product areas to keep projects on track
  • Gather user insights via interviews, feedback, and data reviews to identify pain points
  • Turn research into actionable requirements and prototype with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Ops
  • Contribute to prioritisation by weighing impact and balancing quick wins with long-term improvements
  • Track and share KPIs after launch to boost adoption, engagement, and retention
  • Assist in go-to-market plans and coordinate with Customer Success for aligned launches
  • Champion simplicity by representing the customer in reviews and planning
  • Help improve tools and systems supporting onboarding, activation, and retention

Key requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in product management, project coordination, or related role in tech/fintech/SaaS
  • BA/BS in a technical, analytical, or business field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Ability to think big while ensuring attention to detail
  • Initiative to develop scalable solutions and willingness to learn new tools
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to define clear next steps
  • Data-curious: formulate hypotheses, gather data, support experiments
  • Effective communicator with stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration
