Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at Netcompany, you deliver high-profile digital products for UK public sector and major organisations, shaping solutions that meet user needs and deliver business impact. You’ll contribute to Netcompany’s Centres of Excellence and service offerings while supporting business development and client engagement. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into strategy, roadmaps and measurable outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and serve as a key contact in delivery teams
  • Understand user, business and wider organisational needs
  • Own and develop product strategies and visions
  • Create product roadmaps and prioritise features for development
  • Manage product backlogs including elaboration, prioritisation and acceptance of user stories
  • Develop plans to capture feedback, benefits realisation and service performance to optimise design
  • Manage supplier performance

Key requirements

  • Experienced product manager with mentoring/coaching capabilities
  • Experience in agile, multi-disciplinary delivery teams
  • Track record delivering new products within large, complex transformation projects
  • Strong client relationship skills and ability to collaborate across teams and organisations
  • Experience delivering in the UK public sector including GDS standards and Service Standard Assessments
  • Consulting experience is desirable
