Overview

As Product Manager, you will guide the evolution of nCode DesignLife and GlyphWorks to deliver industry-leading durability, fatigue, and data-analytics capabilities. You will align customer needs with business strategy, collaborating across engineering, sales, and portfolio leadership to shape a clear product roadmap. You’ll engage with customers and partners to validate requirements and monitor adoption to drive continuous improvement. This role offers the chance to influence the HBK software portfolio and advance connected engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and roadmap for nCode DesignLife and GlyphWorks, aligning customer needs with business objectives
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams to prioritize and deliver high-value capabilities
  • Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand workflows and market trends
  • Define and communicate product strategy across internal teams, sales, and leadership
  • Support PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt events, providing product context to Scrum teams and the ART
  • Represent the voice of the customer across the product lifecycle for durability engineers, simulation analysts, and data scientists
  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales on positioning, messaging, training, and go-to-market activities
  • Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement
  • Champion innovation and technical excellence to keep nCode as a market leader in fatigue and durability analytics
  • Drive integration strategy across HBK portfolio and key technology partners to support connected workflows

Key requirements

  • Extensive experience with nCode DesignLife and GlyphWorks, durability engineering, and fatigue analysis
  • Strong understanding of fatigue methods, durability validation, CAE-driven design, test data analysis, and simulation workflows
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical discipline like Mechanical/Aerospace/Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science
  • Proven experience in product management or technical leadership roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex concepts into clear product direction
  • Experience with Agile development and cross-functional software teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
