We’re seeking a Research Associate to join a leading international executive search firm that partners with organisations shaping a better future. This is not a back‑office role. You’ll be a core part of search teams, trusted for your insight, judgement, and intellectual curiosity.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Researching and mapping senior leadership talent across global markets
- Analysing organisations, sectors, and leadership trends
- Identifying and engaging high‑calibre candidates with sensitivity and professionalism
- Contributing insight that shapes search strategy and client advice
- Building deep knowledge of purpose-driven ecosystems and institutions
Who We’re Looking For
You might come from research, higher education, policy, professional services, or another analytical environment. What matters most is that you:
- Have a genuine interest in purpose-driven and mission-led organisations
- Are intellectually curious and enjoy deep research
- Communicate clearly and confidently, in writing and conversation
- Are organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
- Enjoy working in a collaborative, international environment
- Prior experience in the recruitment would be advantageous but not essential and experience can be reflected in role and package.
