Senior IPP Sales Leader – Energy Storage (UK & IE)

Fluence seeks a Senior Manager of Sales for IPP Clients to lead growth across the UK & Ireland. You will define segment strategy, lead a talented sales team, and drive execution for marquee energy storage projects, applying a Challenger Sales approach tailored to developers and investors.

You will articulate Fluence’s BESS and software value, maximizing merchant revenue, bankability, and long-term asset performance while guiding complex negotiations with IPPs and financiers.
