Overview
As an Associate Director in Turner & Townsend’s Controls & Performance leadership, you will own end-to-end cost management delivery for large or complex commissions, acting as the main client interface and ensuring objectives are met with value-added services. You will lead a team, guide commercial decisions, and drive outcomes on major programmes within the energy sector. The role combines consultancy, governance, and stakeholder collaboration to optimise project value. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end service delivery for complex commissions
- Act as day-to-day client interface and ensure objectives are met
- Provide a value-added cost management service
- Support and lead the team to drive performance on major programmes
- Engage in procurement/commercial strategy and governance
- Possibly perform SOX control responsibilities where applicable
Key requirements
- Proven procurement or commercial management experience
- Experience with a broad range of contract and commercial models
- Experience on major programmes and projects
- Experience in the Energy & Natural Resources sector (Nuclear, T&D, Renewables, Conventional Energy)
- MRICS or MCIPS preferred
