Duty Manager – Boutique Hotel F&B & Front Office Leader

Hotel du Vin Winchester is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee operations across Front Office and F&B teams in our busy boutique hotel, located in the heart of Winchester.

You will be a hands-on manager with experience in a busy Food & Beverage department, supporting breakfast service, managing check-outs, coordinating with Housekeeping, and running service with the Bistro team. This permanent role offers progression to Head of Department and access to training courses and rewards.
