Assistant Head of Inclusion & Enrichment

The Cooper School in Bicester is seeking an Assistant Head of Inclusion to lead the SEN department and drive an inclusive, high-expectations culture across all year groups.

Reporting to the Headteacher, you will manage the SENCO and deputy SENCO, oversee enrichment activities, and collaborate with colleagues to improve outcomes for vulnerable learners. This permanent role starts January 2027 and sits on the Leadership pay scale 12-16.
