Senior Manager – Transfer Pricing

Overview

In this role you will deliver technical transfer pricing advice to national markets clients across diverse topics, manage multi-jurisdiction projects, and lead day-to-day delivery. You will build and maintain client relationships, coordinate across KPMG tax and advisory teams, and support business development. You’ll coach junior staff, report to senior management, and help drive profitable engagements. This role offers exposure to market-leading tech clients and opportunities to shape transfer pricing solutions at scale.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical transfer pricing advice to National Markets clients across topics
• Lead project delivery and day-to-day management across jurisdictions
• Develop and maintain client relationships; act as main client contact
• Coordinate with transfer pricing, international tax, indirect tax and advisory teams
• Manage project budgets and billing for profitable delivery
• Coach and train junior team members; deliver on-the-job coaching
• Ensure timely reporting to senior management
• Identify new opportunities and contribute to business development and marketing
• Support winning transfer pricing engagements with clients

Key requirements

• Extensive transfer pricing experience including TP documentation, tax value chain analyses, benchmarking, and APAs
• Project management experience and ability to manage junior team members
• Strong judgement to assess risk and know when to escalate
• Analytical and commercial mindset for issue resolution and advisory
• High drive, enthusiasm, and positive attitude
• Strong commercial awareness
• Commitment to keeping technical skills current and developing the team
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
• Understanding of ethical/risk issues in client service
