Senior Architectural Technologist

Overview

In this Senior Architectural Technologist role, you support the delivery of projects across education, healthcare, leisure, culture, commercial, industrial and heritage sectors. You will work within an integrated technical team to produce and coordinate high-quality technical information from concept through construction. You’ll ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, maintain buildability, and resolve technical issues on-site. Responsibilities

• Produce technical drawings, details, specifications and schedules
• Develop projects from concept to completion
• Coordinate technical information for multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and standards
• Conduct site visits and support technical issue resolution
• Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants
• Submit planning and building regulations applications

Key requirements

• Qualification in Architectural Technology (Degree/HNC/HND)
• Strong technical experience in architectural or construction environments
• Solid understanding of UK construction methods and regulations
• Skilled in Revit and technical drawing production
• Detail-driven, organised and able to work independently and in a team
• CIAT membership or working towards accreditation (advantageous)
