EMEA Talent Acquisition Lead — Corporate & GTM Hiring

Mistral is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead EMEA recruitment for corporate and GTM roles. You will partner with leaders across CRO, Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Marketing and Sales to shape hiring strategy in multiple markets.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, source candidates across EMEA, and implement data-driven processes while delivering a compelling candidate experience. This role supports a remote-friendly, multi-region setup.
