Overview
In this Global Talent Manager role, you will shape leadership, capability and talent pipelines to support Rotork’s growth. You will partner with senior leaders and HR to drive evidence-based people decisions that enhance capability and business performance. You’ll evolve succession, performance and talent frameworks, expanding leadership and critical-role pipelines while managing talent risks. This role sits within the Talent and Culture function and offers a strategic, high-impact pathway in a fast-paced, change-ready organisation. You will contribute to a culture where people grow, thrive and contribute to Rotork’s long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve global talent, succession and performance strategy to build leadership, technical and critical-role pipelines
- Shape identification, development and acceleration of talent through updated succession, performance and talent review frameworks
- Partner with senior leaders, HR and Talent Acquisition to anticipate capability needs and enable internal mobility
- Collaborate to connect engagement and cultural initiatives within the integrated people agenda
- Identify and proactively manage talent risks to strengthen organisational capability and accelerate performance
Key requirements
- Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Located within commutable distance to Bath office
- Experience in a dedicated Talent Management team within a large organisation
- Experience with succession planning or performance programmes and engaging senior stakeholders
- Expertise in talent assessment, performance management and succession methodologies with ability to develop future leaders
- Proven ability to influence leaders and build trusted relationships
- Experience leading global initiatives and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
