UK Finance Lead: Treasury, Reporting & Consolidation

Certania Aquico-UK Ltd is seeking a Finance Manager to lead day-to-day finance for the UK group, coordinating with Group Finance and UK subsidiaries to own financial operations, reporting, and treasury activities. The role reports to the Interim UK CFO and is expected to develop into the primary UK finance lead over time.

You will manage treasury, prepare management accounts, oversee month-end, and support intercompany consolidation, audits, and tax structuring projects as needed.
