Family Help Social Worker — Drive Change in Safeguarding

Dorset Council is seeking a dedicated Family Help Social Worker to join an integrated locality team across Childrens Safeguarding. You will deliver assessments, ensure children’s lived experiences shape analysis and planning, and work closely with multi‑agency partners to safeguard children while supporting families to create sustainable change.
