Senior Total Rewards & Equity Analyst

Motorway, the UK’s largest online car-selling platform, seeks a Senior Total Reward Analyst to own compensation, equity, and commission across the business. You will report to the CPO and work closely with senior leadership and Finance to shape a scalable rewards function aided by AI tools.

You will manage market pricing, equity plan analysis, and commission reviews, partnering with People, Finance and leadership to drive strategic reward decisions.
