Security Architect

Overview

In this senior role you own the security strategy, roadmap and standards for the organization’s technology security. You act as the technical authority on cyber security across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments, guiding designs from concept to execution. You will partner with technology leadership, Information Security, Risk, Compliance and Legal to shape secure architectures in a regulated, enterprise setting. The role emphasizes hands-on architectural leadership with influence over senior stakeholders and a focus on impactful security governance, including AI and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own security architecture across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
• Lead security designs from strategy to execution
• Define and govern the technology security strategy, roadmap and standards
• Collaborate with senior technology leadership, Information Security, Risk, Compliance and Legal
• Influence senior stakeholders while maintaining technical credibility

Key requirements

• Senior Security Architect with proven track record
• Strong experience in Azure security, IAM and PAM
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, SASE/SSE
• Experience with threat modelling and enterprise security architecture
• Experience establishing security governance around AI and emerging technologies
• Background in regulated environments (e.g., law firms, professional services, financial services)
