Responsibilities

• Promote a strong Health, Safety and Environmental culture across the site
• Lead operational performance against safety, quality, service, cost and productivity KPIs
• Translate site strategy into clear operational plans and deliverables
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste
• Coach and develop high-performing, engaged teams with succession planning
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, legal and company standards
• Manage labour resources and budgets to meet operational needs
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to meet shared goals
• Support capital investment projects and site improvement programmes
• Maintain robust SAP compliance and operational reporting standards

Key requirements

• Significant leadership experience in manufacturing or FMCG
• Proven track record of delivering operational performance and targets
• Exceptional people leadership, coaching and engagement skills

• Strong commercial and operational awareness
