Employee Relations Manager — Flexible Work & Impact

Cooper Parry is seeking an Employee Relations Manager on a fixed-term contract to June 2027. You will work with People Business Partners, Centres of Excellence and senior leaders to provide expert ER guidance, lead on high-risk cases and drive a proactive ER service across CP.

The role includes coaching managers, developing ER frameworks, and aligning with CP culture and policy obligations. You will identify risk, build capability, and ensure investigations are thorough, fair, and legally robust
