SEND Manager for Inclusive Student Support Coordination

EmpowerED is working with a specialist secondary school in Reading to recruit a SEND Manager to coordinate and strengthen SEND provision across the school. You will work with the SENCO and leadership team to oversee SEND processes, annual reviews, EHCP administration, and external agency liaison.

This role suits a highly organised communicator who can manage data, provision mapping, attendance, interventions, compliance, and staff training.
