Inclusion Leader – Secondary School, Student Support

The White Horse Federation is recruiting an Inclusion Manager for Melksham Oak Community School in Melksham, Wiltshire. This permanent, full-time role mirrors the school’s commitment to supporting every student to achieve their potential.

Working hours are 37 per week, Monday to Friday, with a 8:00am–4:00pm schedule and a 3:30pm finish on Fridays. Applicants should be motivated and capable of building strong team relationships within the pastoral team.
