Senior/Associate Building Surveyor – Lead Projects

Rue Two Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor to manage multiple projects, acting as contract administrator or lead consultant. Projects range from circa £500K to £15m and include exterior renovations, refurbishments and major façade work.

Essentially you will perform core building surveying duties including defects diagnosis, planned maintenance, landlord/tenant matters, reinstatement cost assessments and party wall advice; MRICS preferred with 5+ years PQE.
