School Finance Assistant – Invoices & Reconciliations

The Sutton Academy is seeking a Finance Assistant to join our business support team at the academy. You will handle supplier invoices, purchase orders, and reconciliations, using Civica Financials and Arbor Pay.

You will prepare reports for the finance team and auditors, supporting month-end and year-end processes. We value accuracy, confidentiality and a strong eye for detail in a busy school finance office.
