Senior Parts & Customer Operations Lead

Astec Omagh is seeking a Senior Customer Operations Specialist – Parts to determine customer requirements, prepare quotes, and process orders. You will work closely with engineering, service, and sales teams while coordinating with procurement and production on lead-times.

The role requires 4+ years in a similar environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings. Travel 1-2 times per year to direct customers and dealers is expected.
