Butchery Manager: Lead Team & Grow Sales

Booker Group is seeking experienced butchers to lead our Butchery Departments. You will work with customers to develop their business, understand your local market, and deliver outstanding service.

You will manage stock, maintain high standards of food safety, and lead a small team while cutting meat to order. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to grow sales and profitability, greet customers with advice, and coordinate deliveries or pickups.
