Overview

In this role you will lead an established London construction recruitment division and own its growth trajectory. You’ll oversee around 200 construction workers across sub-divisions, strengthening client relationships and expanding the team. You will drive the expansion strategy across London, Manchester and Yorkshire, focusing on long-term infrastructure projects. Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the London construction division and optimize performance across sub-divisions
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the construction sector
  • Recruit, mentor and expand the recruitment team and capabilities
  • Own the division’s strategic direction and drive an opportunistic expansion plan
  • Manage margins and ensure long-term profitability of contracts including major infrastructure projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to win and deploy talent for large infrastructure initiatives
  • Oversee recruitment operating model and ensure delivery against growth targets
