Lightspeed is looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager to develop and support our enterprise hospitality customers in the UK over the long term. You will be the primary point of contact for the largest customers, driving growth, product adoption, and strategic partnerships.
You will use data and feedback to maximize Net Revenue Retention, lead quarterly business reviews, and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Implementation, and Support to deliver exceptional service.
