Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Practitioner Adult Social Worker with relevant Mental Health experience for an exciting opportunity in East Sussex. Location: East Sussex. Rate: £40 per hour. Specialism: Adult Social Care – Mental Health.

Key Requirements

• Social Work qualification and current professional registration
• Strong experience within Adult Social Care
• Relevant experience working within Mental Health services
• Ability to manage complex situations and work collaboratively with professionals and partner agencies
• Excellent communication, assessment and safeguarding skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
