SEN Behaviour Support Assistant — Engage & Reengage 4–11

Vision for Education are recruiting a Behaviour Support Assistant in Burgess Hill to support pupils aged 4-11 with SEMH needs in a SEN school. The role is full-time, ASAP start, temporary to permanent, with class sizes small and potential 1-1 support.

You will help pupils regulate emotions, access learning, and work with external agencies to re-engage students in a safe environment. Driving is desirable.
