Conservation Volunteer Lead — Manage & Motivate Teams

The Royal Parks is seeking a Volunteer Officer to lead and train conservation volunteers across London’s royal parks on a 12-month fixed term contract, 36 hours per week, including at least one weekend per month.

You will manage volunteers on habitat management tasks, develop flexible volunteering opportunities, and line-manage the Volunteer Assistant. Strong people skills and practical conservation knowledge are essential.
