Regional Service Sales Leader – Fire & Security

Chubb Fire & Security Group is looking for a Regional Service Sales Manager to join the North Region’s Sales Leadership Team. You will lead and develop a regional sales force, drive contracts revenue and manage multi‑discipline customer engagements across fire detection, suppression, CCTV, access control and intruder systems.

The role offers up to £65,000 per year, with OTE of £90,000+ and uncapped commission, plus a competitive benefits package and a strong people‑first culture.
