Valuation and Consultancy Surveyor

Overview

In this role you will provide rural and residential consultancy and valuation services from Bath (with potential Bristol involvement). You will contribute to compulsory purchase work and expert witness reports, serving a diverse client base including banks, solicitors, private clients and authorities. You will uphold MRICS standards as a Registered Valuer, delivering precise analysis and clear written outputs while supporting business development. This is a chance to shape rural and residential property advice within Savills Southern Consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Provide valuation and consultancy services for rural and residential properties
• Advise on compulsory purchase matters
• Prepare and deliver expert witness reports
• Engage with a broad client base (banks, solicitors, private clients, local authorities, charities)
• Support business development and cross-team collaboration
• Contribute to delivering valuation services across central southern England
