Conflicts Analyst

Overview

In this role you will support and advance conflicts management within a leading commercial law firm. You will collaborate with lawyers and partners to address complex risk issues and help evolve conflicts processes and systems. You can mentor colleagues and become a recognised subject matter expert while engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve conflicts-related risk issues in collaboration with lawyers and partners
• Contribute to the evolution and improvement of conflicts processes and systems
• Mentor colleagues and share expertise to develop internal capabilities
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to balance risk with client service

Key requirements

• Experience of conflicts management within a commercial law firm
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Commercial awareness and good judgement balancing risk and client service
• Confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Collaborative approach
• Experience with InTapp and Security Policy Manager would be advantageous but is not essential
