Overview
As Senior Finance & Strategy Manager you will own the end-to-end forecasting and budgeting process and partner with cross-functional teams to drive profitability. You will translate data into decision-ready insights, shaping pricing, subscription economics, and strategic initiatives in a fast-scaling business. You’ll manage investor reporting, corporate activity, and cap table dynamics, enabling informed funding and growth decisions. This high-autonomy role offers ownership from day one and a direct link to leadership and strategic priorities.

Responsibilities
- Own the rolling forecasting cycle (cash forecast, reforecasts, annual budget, long-range plan)
- Build and maintain scenario-based financial models for short- and long-term decisions
- Perform variance analysis and translate drivers into actionable leadership recommendations
- Partner with commercial, operations, marketing and product teams to hit profitability and EBITDA targets
- Support pricing decisions, promotional activity, subscription economics and unit economics with margin impact analysis
- Identify margin, mix and efficiency opportunities and build business cases
- Assist investor reporting, board materials, and updates; support fundraising and due diligence
- Manage the cap table and model dilution/equity impact of funding rounds and option grants
- Prepare clear, insightful reporting for senior leadership and align budgets with business objectives
Key requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- FP&A and strategic finance experience in industry (retail or high-growth consumer is a plus)
- Proven track record building scenario-based financial models from scratch
- Commercial and strategic mindset with ability to translate analysis into pricing, margin and growth decisions
- Experience with investor reporting, fundraising or corporate transactions is advantageous
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Autonomous, self-starter in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Advanced Excel; comfortable with large data sets (SQL / BigQuery a plus)
