Overview
As a Senior Strategy Manager at Entain, you drive growth across the Americas and Southern Europe by turning strategy into-action with regional leadership. You’ll lead high-impact projects, shape commercial and growth plans, and guide transformation initiatives across Digital, Product & Technology, Operations, Marketing and Sales. You’ll work with executive stakeholders to translate insights into measurable business outcomes, influencing decisions that expand markets and optimize performance. Responsibilities
- Lead high-visibility growth strategy projects with strategic analysis and financial modeling
- Develop and implement plans to operationalize strategy for revenue growth and market expansion
- Provide strategic guidance to external vendors and partnerships
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and optimize performance
- Oversee and analyze data to derive actionable business insights
- Provide thought leadership using external knowledge to inform growth strategy
- Facilitate flow of ideas and information within the broader organization
Key requirements
- Strong undergraduate degree
- 6–10 years of post-undergrad experience in strategy consulting (top-tier firms preferred) or >2–3 years post-MBA
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity
- Knowledge of business frameworks (value chain, competitive forces, core competency analysis)
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Strong business writing and executive presentation skills
- Strong project management and operational execution capabilities
- Strong interest in betting, games, media, technology, and entertainment industries
- Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus
