Estate Service Operative (£14.87 per hour)

New Gorbals Housing Association is a dynamic community-controlled organisation. We own and manage over 2,600 homes for rent and factor over 1,900 owners’ homes. We are committed to the sustained physical, social and economic regeneration of Gorbals.

We are looking for a hard-working individual who will deliver Estate Services Operation on the ground.
n
You will have relevant experience in the direct operation of general duties which covers bulk, litter collections, street and communal – area cleansing, bin area management and other practical estate services across NGHA developments.
n
n
You will be committed to ensuring the delivery of safe working practices and be able to plan, organise and deliver your daily workload effectively.
n
n
We are looking for a team player who can work flexibly and contribute positively towards the continuous improvement of our Landscaping and Estates Services. Holding a valid driving licence with B+E entitlement (Trailer Licence) would be required for this position.
n
n
Overall, you will have sound communication skills and be able to demonstrate a positive approach and commitment to delivery of the Association’s key objectives.
