Public Sector HR Advisor – Hybrid (3-Month Contract)

Sellick Partnership is recruiting an experienced HR Advisor for our public sector client in Oldbury. This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days on site each week and offers a varied, engaging workload.

You will manage the HR mailbox, provide guidance on terms and conditions, support policy development, payroll processing and employee relations, and assist with restructures and change initiatives in a busy environment. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
