PCN Clinical Pharmacist — Independent Prescriber

Tower Hamlets GP Care Group is seeking a PCN Clinical Pharmacist to join Network 1 PCN in Bethnal Green. You will manage medicines for a 50,000 patient population across four practices, providing patient-facing clinics and a telephone helpline, with strong emphasis on safety and cost-effective prescribing.

The role requires GPhC registration, an undergraduate degree in pharmacy, and progression toward independent prescribing, with ongoing CPPE Primary Care education encouraged. DBS checks apply.
