Commercial Litigation and Insolvency Solicitor – 3+ PQE – Cayman Islands & Bermuda
Taylor Root is currently working with a number of leading international law firms with a strong offshore and global presence, who are looking to expand their Commercial Litigation teams in Bermuda and the Cayman Islands.
These firms are keen to speak with England & Wales qualified solicitors from top-tier law firms who are interested in developing their careers in a high-calibre offshore practice.
The roles will involve advising on a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters, with a particular focus on contentious insolvency, creditor and shareholder remedies, general commercial disputes, and contentious trust litigation.
Candidates with at least 3 years’ PQE gained within a leading insolvency, restructuring, or commercial disputes practice will be considered.
