BMS Commissioning Engineer

Hours: Monday to Friday, up to 10 hours per day

About the Role

Pertemps is recruiting on behalf of a leading Building Management Systems specialist for an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to work on a commercial project in North Acton, London.

Key Responsibilities

• Commissioning and testing BMS systems
• Software configuration and testing
• Fault finding and resolving technical issues
• Working with HVAC and control systems
• Supporting projects through to final handover
• Working closely with project teams, clients and other contractors

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer
• Proven commercial BMS commissioning experience
• Experience with Trend, Schneider, Tridium, Johnson Controls Metasys or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls and BMS software
• Experience working with electrical and control systems
• ECS/CSCS Card
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
