Overview

In this role you will craft content that informs and engages, aligning with business objectives across engagements. You’ll learn content design by collaborating with cross-functional teams, shaping information architecture and content strategy. You’ll work on workshops, research, and content deliverables that support user journeys and accessibility. This is a hands-on role with clear impact on product design and client outcomes, within a leading digital experience practice.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate client workshops, user interviews, and creative brainstorms to inform content decisions
  • Apply UX fundamentals to shape content, focusing on needs, journeys, tasks, flows, and accessibility
  • Produce content deliverables (style guides, matrices, copy decks, decks) and content requirements aligned with business objectives
  • Support information architecture and content structure at project level
  • Contribute to product design projects from discovery to delivery (journey mapping, prototyping, testing, iteration)
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and researchers to align content with journeys and design systems
  • Assist in design research activities, translating insights into content and experience decisions
  • Present content and experience design rationale to clients and stakeholders
  • Share content best practices in pitches and client meetings to support new business development
  • Attend and help plan studio and community events and workshops

Key requirements

  • Translate business and customer requirements into compelling content across touchpoints
  • Strong understanding of accessibility guidelines and design to standards
  • Experience supporting online and offline workshops and interviews
  • Effective written and verbal communication with colleagues, clients, and partners
  • Working knowledge of content landscape: content design, strategy, information architecture, content operations
  • Understanding of human-centred design and design thinking
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
