Blue Square is seeking a Brand Expert Manager to lead our Shark Ninja field-based team across Stevenage and the South East. You will inspire Brand Ambassadors, deliver standout campaigns, manage staffing, logistics and daily operations, and be the go-to for field excellence.

You’ll drive footfall, boost sales, and build brand love through energetic, customer-focused interactions. Strong leadership, retail experience, and excellent communication are essential, as is a full UK driving licence.
