Sales Manager – Lead a High-Impact Wellness Team

David-Lloyd-Clubs in Basildon is seeking a Sales Manager to mentor a team of sales consultants and deliver an outstanding member experience. You will plan, inspire and drive the team to meet monthly new member sales targets while maintaining exceptional service.

The role requires leading by example, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyse performance data to optimise sales strategies across the club. Working evenings, weekends and public holidays will be part of the schedule.
