HV Substation Design Lead – Associate Director (UK&I)

AECOM is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead end-to-end HV substation design from concept through energisation on major energy projects in the UK or Ireland. The role combines technical leadership with client engagement and cross-disciplinary delivery in a hybrid working setting.

You will mentor engineers, manage design scopes, and ensure safety and compliance with grid standards while developing proposals and contributing to strategic growth in the energy infrastructure portfolio.
