Senior EIA Lead & Growth Director

WSP is seeking an Associate / Associate Director to lead environmental input across UK projects and support growth in property and defence sectors. You will work with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver Environmental Impact Assessments, consent processes and project design integration.

In this role you will manage teams, oversee bids, and guide project delivery from feasibility through to discharge of conditions, while championing innovation, sustainability, and inclusive leadership.
