Client Director – Senior Exec

Overview

As Client Director you will lead and nurture key client relationships within a high-performing insurance broking team. You will own renewals, identify growth opportunities, and support clients through issues including claims. The role sits in a client-focused, relationship-led environment with strong support from specialized teams. You will drive service excellence and portfolio growth while collaborating with cross-functional colleagues to sustain long-term client value. Key requirements

• Proven track record as Commercial Insurance Account Executive or Account Director with significant relationship management experience
• Strong understanding of general insurance products, services, and classes of insurance
• Passion for outstanding client service and lasting relationships
