Overview

In this role you will join a growing Chartered Architectural Practice in Harrogate or Leeds, delivering high-quality projects across Commercial, Retail and Logistics sectors. You’ll take ownership from concept through to completion, coordinating technically and liaising with clients to build strong relationships. The position offers mentorship, progression, and a clear pathway to seniority within a collaborative, family-friendly culture. Pay / Benefits

• Salary 35,000 – 45,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to completion
• Coordinate technical detailing and project coordination
• Prepare and manage client meetings and communications
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate across Care, Residential, and Retail projects as relevant
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the team’s growth

Key requirements

• Degree-qualified Architectural Technologist
• 3-5+ years post-qualification in a UK Architectural Practice
• MCIAT accreditation or working towards chartership
• Strong working knowledge of Revit
• Confident client-facing skills and ability to lead meetings
