Credit Risk & Affordability Lead – FinTech (Equity)

Harnham are partnering with an innovative FinTech lender to transform consumer lending through affordability-focused risk insights. This leadership role owns the credit risk and affordability strategy as the business scales.

You will build capabilities, develop credit strategies and models, work with affordability data and Open Banking, and lead a small team while collaborating with senior stakeholders and product teams to shape the product direction.
