Senior Bid Manager

Overview

As Senior Bid Manager, you will lead pre-construction activity for D&B projects across the East Midlands, shaping competitive bids from £10m to £100m. You’ll steer a bid team, delivering both single and two-stage tenders to meet and exceed client expectations. You’ll work across education, healthcare, blue-light, leisure and MoD frameworks, ensuring bids are on time, within budget, and of the highest quality. Responsibilities

• Lead bid teams for single and two-stage tenders
• Manage bids from pre-construction phase to submission
• Ensure bids meet time, budget and quality targets
• Collaborate with commercial and sector teams across education, healthcare, blue-light, leisure, and MoD
• Maintain stakeholder alignment and drive bid improvements to exceed client expectations
• Represent the company to secure repeat business and long-term partnerships

Key requirements

• Experience on one and two-stage tenders
• Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors
