Senior HR Officer: Global People & Visa Leader

bet365 is seeking a Senior Human Resources Officer to drive operational efficiency and provide expert HR guidance across the business. You will guide managers through complex people matters, balance senior responsibilities with hands-on day-to-day tasks, and ensure compliance with UK employment law.

You will lead a dedicated HR team, collaborate with international HR to streamline processes, and manage end-to-end visa sponsorship for the UK. This full-time role runs 5 days a week.
