Investment Associate, UK Mid-Market – Deals & Growth

PER is seeking an Investment Associate to join a successful lower mid-market fund. You will work closely with the senior team on deal execution, conducting financial modelling and due diligence across potential investments.

The role includes market analysis of existing portfolio companies and new opportunities. You will help prepare investment models and files, build relationships with target companies, and support portfolio companies on strategic and value creation initiatives.
